Foundations in Healing

The aim of this workshop is to explore the idea of becoming a healer and to build confidence in this natural gift that everyone has. We will be spending time looking at what healing is, the healers role and a brief overview of the energy systems. The majority of this workshop will be practical and based on sensing, channelling and sending energy using different techniques. This will include self-healing, distant and hands on healing. This workshop is open to everyone including people thinking of taking our 2 year Accredited Healing Course.
