Healers Holiday/Retreat at La Finca Argayall on La Gomera

Healers join us on this week of retreat on the island of La Gomera. It is one of Spain's unspoilt Canary Islands located in the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Africa. In area it is the second smallest of the seven main islands of this group and we will be staying at La Finca Argayall. La Gomera is one of the best kept secrets of the Canary Islands. This magical venue sits in a secluded bay with a spectacular landscape of rainforest, unspoilt beaches and small fishing towns. The Finca has an organic farm, tropical gardens, a natural spring, two swimming pools and sits directly on the beach.
The retreat will run its own regular meditation/workshops which as guests you will be welcome to join. After which Sue and Natasha will hold the space for you to work on yourselves. Working with exercises and techniques alongside the natural elements to cleanse, clear and heal. You are welcome to get as involved as you wish or sit back, enjoy your surroundings and join in where it feels appropriate. This is a free flowing retreat and some sessions will be group inspired.
In the village you can also book to go mountain biking, dolphin watching and kayaking and there are plenty of walks on offer on this beautiful island. Treatments such as massage and homeopathy are also available at an additional cost.
This is a time to relax and rejuvenate. The average temperature for this time of year is 23 degrees.
